My property manager Jose was the best to work with. He always listened to my concerns and followed through to make it right. Living at Del Web is a dream come true .

The community is beautiful and the neighbors I’ve met so far are incredibly nice! The Pulte team really work hard at providing the best service at every step! I feel (and felt) like a valued customer by everyone, including the (new) HOA team. Definitely happy that I selected this community!
- TPTom PJan 15, 20265.0We are very pleased with all the Del Webb folks we have been available for our service. From sales, builder, design and warranty, we are very pleased. Oliver has been very reponsive to all our issues from day one through the first year. While we are pleased with the product, we are a bit concerned as Oasis goes from the builder phase to being turned over to self governance. As we near the end, we definitely get the impression Pulte is not as customer oriented as they were in the beginning. Just to be clear, our concern is not warranty but at the board level and Del Webb corporate not fulfilling its obligation in HOA management.

Also included landscaping that wasn't freeze resistant and many many palms and plants were lost this winter. the response appears to be 'too bad. So sad.' But that might happen when one deals with Bill Pulte. We'll see. Myriad warranty issues have been handled in a timely and professional manner. A shout out to Jason for that terrific outcome!
