My son is coming up on his third year at Bright Horizons. This center is phenomenal. I know that my son is safe, well taken care of, and BH Seven Oaks has an amazing curriculum. Yes! A curriculum! He has surpassed all of his milestones because of the attention and care this center provides. He has art time, play time, gardening, STEM activities. They have diverse activities and provide opportunities for families to come together like the Fall festival and events for Mother’s/Fathers’ Day. I adore the staff: For starters. Mrs. Maggie greets you with a smile every morning! My son cannot pass the front entryway without saying hello to her and Ms. Deehan. Ms. Diana/Ms. Angela are so amazing with my son (he asks for them on the weekends). Ms. Janet is always available to answer any administrative questions. She’s even helped me with my son’s tantrums getting him into the car seat. The staff at Seven Oaks really makes you feel like they are your village. Because it DOES take a village. I drive past 4 daycares on my way to drop off my son. I have had nothing less than a phenomenal experience from the time my son was in the infant room with Ms. Glory and Ms. Marcia- to now as a toddler. It doesn’t bother me that lunch is not provided- me personally, I like to control what my son consumes so that was not a deal breaker for me. I would highly recommend this center to any parent who feels uneasy about leaving their child at daycare. The app is a great way to stay updated on your child’s day. I enjoy watching the pictures and videos, and not once ever questioned my sons level of care.

After over two years with Bright Horizons, I feel it’s finally time to share my experience—something I’ve hesitated to do because I always tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I know that working with children is no easy task, and I’ve been understanding of the fact that the classrooms are often full, with only two teachers managing a large group. I’ve even asked myself if I was expecting too much, or if I needed to be more involved on my end. But the reality is, this daycare has consistently left me feeling dismissed and unheard. It has become clear that families are seen more as numbers than individuals with real concerns. The environment is cold and unwelcoming. Walking in, it never feels like a place of care or joy—it feels more like a tightly controlled institution. The director, Miss Maggie, sets the tone for the entire center, and unfortunately, it’s not a good one. She’s consistently unapproachable, rarely warm, and her demeanor (along with her assistants’) gives off the impression that they are either overwhelmed, unhappy, or simply don’t want to engage. What truly pushed me to finally make a change were the repeated safety concerns. My child came home with unexplained bruises on more than one occasion—and when I asked staff for details, I received no clear answers. Secondly, a bad way of handling/communicating concerns. I found out after a whole year that my daughter had been crying every single day during Nap time (imagine the trauma). For a parent, that’s unacceptable. If I can’t trust a daycare to keep my child safe or at the very least provide accountability, then there’s no reason to stay. It’s extremely disappointing to have invested so much time, trust, and money into a place that made me constantly question whether I was doing the right thing for my child. I waited a long time to speak out, hoping things would improve—but they never did. If anything, it became more obvious over time that the issues were systemic and not just a bad day or a staff shortage. I would urge any parent considering Bright Horizons to look carefully, ask the hard questions, and trust your gut

I wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons at Seven Oaks. The physical, motor, intellectual, and emotional development of my daughter has been remarkable, and this institution has played a major role in that progress. The care, structure, and dedication of the staff are outstanding. We are truly grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on her growth.

I highly recommend this place with double thumbs up. This center is honest, kind, organized, professional, welcoming and is a true learning enabling facility. My baby's time here was filled with love, learning, discipline and sheer joy. We couldn't have asked for more. The administrative staff and the classroom teachers are truly a your partner in raising your kid. The learning activities, organization of curriculum, cleanliness of facility, communication with parents, safety of the children was all top notch, we never had any issues or confusion. As a parent I relied on the daily reports to manage my baby's time and eating habits at home. Special mention to my interactions with these excellent and brilliant people Teachers - Netta, Olga, Cheryl, Angela, Diana Director and Admin Staff - Maggie and Janet are a good touchpoint/interface for your experience here. Thanks again to all of you, we had a fulfilled experience with you. God bless you.
