  We are loving the amenities. We are happy with the house as We are learning about the area so this was a great place that was close to everything. Only wish was that the Dog park had night time lights. Makes it much easier to clean up after pets w lights;)!

  What a place!!! We just moved into BB Living Wellen Park and they have exceeded our expectations on every level! Starting with Grace Alvarez, our leasing agent. she walked us through the application process all the way through move in. Her communication was always professional and caring! A move is never easy but she certainly made it simple. The few things we needed to have fixed we managed quickly by David and Tim on the maintenance team. Highly personable and knowledgeable. The facilities are top notch and everything you would expect for a Wellen Park community. It's a pleasure to live here!

  I think it has a lot to do with customer service. The home is beautiful and so are the amenities. I love that they offer community events. Grace is what made it an amazing experience. She has been wonderful and so helpful.
