My brother’s arrangements were made and paid for during the same call. The funeral director, John, called me the next evening soon after my brother passed away. John explained everything and asked if I had any questions. John greeted me at the door when I walked into Baldwin’s two days later. Elizabeth & John treated us with such kindness and compassion. Cannot say enough about Baldwin’s.
