If you must utilize their services, I suggest you start with Carlos. He is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the cause. His willingness to listen and provide resources was refreshing. Avoid working with Tiffany for any and all services. From inflammatory rhetoric to condescending tone, her unprofessionalism is unmatched in any 501c3 I've seen. It's painfully clear why this organization has lost favor among the veteran population.

BLUF: if Vincent D. Roberson is your VSO RUN and FIRE him immediately. Absolutely horrendous service from a company that prides themselves in assisting Veterans. How can a Veteran’s Service Officer be assigned to me months in advance for me to submit a BDD claim and then ghost me for the next 6 months while I try to prepare my claim alone. I called him and emailed him countless times with no answer at all. It’s an absolute embarrassment that he claims to help veterans. Veterans, do yourself a favor and look to the VFW or the Green Beret foundation to support your claim.

I utilized the group services in the past and recently have been having a hard time getting any assistance with the VA. They have really come through for me. A huge thank you to this organization! Thank you!

I went here for help filing a claim. The first representative I was assigned always called me during working hours and never answered phone calls when I called him back or returned emails. I requested to get assigned to a new service officer and was told I have to call back into the main service line to start a new assistance request...when I was already on the phone with WWP....so I did...the second service officer I was assigned never called me or reached out..just sent an email to me stating my claim "has a very low likelihood of success and thus we would not be able to support this claim". I thought the point of a veteran service officer was to help a veteran submit a claim...not only take on claims you think will or will not be approved. I regret donating to this organization and will definitely stop donating in the future and recommend anyone needing veteran service help to go elsewhere.
