If I could give zero stars I would. I have a history including 30 years as a type 1 diabetic, pancreatic cancer, multiple heart attacks, frequent severe infections, retinopathy, gastroparesis, and unfortunately many more health issues. For the last 30 days my specialty pharmacy, my home health care agency, and I have all been trying to get a prescription renewed, but this company formerly known as Visiting Physicians have not returned any of our multiple attempts at taking care of this prescription before it ran out. I received a partial prescription for my daily treatments which I receive the order weekly. The many, many messages left for Renette Charles NP have not been returned to any of us so this could be taken care of without interruption (Mrs. Charles NP because my Dr retired abruptly and without warning to his patients at the beginning of the new year). This morning when I called the first time today, Sierra (not sure how she spells her name) was rude and when I snapped back she hung up on me. I believe the last thing I said prior to her hanging up on me was "I need to speak to a supervisor." This medication I'm waiting on is life threatening to me without it, but not only will nobody return calls to my nurse, the pharmacy, or me, but they are the one's rudely hanging up on me as if the urgency of my life means absolutely nothing to anyone at this company. I called Mobile Physicians just before noon today, and I already have my paperwork filled out and have an appointment with them first thing Monday morning so they can prevent me from missing any days of my treatment while my existing pcp could evidently care less about my life. Dr Larcia was a very good Dr and person, but now that he is retired there is nobody left at Harmony Cares (formerly known as Visiting Physicians Association) who has ever been able to handle any of my health issues in the 2 years I had remained with them. Dr Larcia was so nice I was willing to overlook the horrible supporting staff he had. That poor man called me himself at midnight on a Saturday to tell me lab results that were urgent. Now that he is retired I can't get anyone to return calls to any of us or to call in my prescription at least. My advice to anyone thinking about using Harmony Cares is to CALL MOBILE PHYSICIANS INSTEAD. RUN FAST AND AS FAR AWAY FROM HARMONY CARES AS POSSIBLE. Ask for Katie at Mobile Physicians. She is so nice and has done for me in the 1st day I have had the pleasure of knowing her that Harmony Cares has not done for me since the New Year. Renette Charles
at Harmony Cares was thhe horrible person who had failed to return anyone's calls so I could continue my treatments. Sierra is the horrible person who got the attitude with me this morning and had the nerve to hang up on me when I asked for a supervisor. I could go on and on and on if I thought the longer this review was the more people I could save from Harmony Cares. Care more about your life than putting yourself through the stress that Harmony Cares will bring to your life. Katie at Mobile Physicians is who you want to have on your side handling getting you started as a new patient with them.

The new company Harmony Cares is awful. They never return calls, when you do get thru they leave you on hold and don't come back to the phone. Someone called me at 9pm on a Sunday to schedule an appointment. We set the appointment for Wednesday & they never showed up.

Save your time. These people never return calls to get a house visit. They should be out of business. We've been calling for 3 days and no one called me back. Sick people need reliable service. They are not, VPA a joke.
They did come out and we love Dr Hanna. He listens well and thorough. Admin just needs improvement.
