Really great curriculum and great center but unfortunately, they are starting to cut corners that affect the kids like short in teachers, eliminate food supply and increase tuition fees... management is making decision to increase their profit not in the benefits of the education and kids. not sure if this is a good place anymore.

Amazing daycare! Our baby loves the teachers Ms. Cathy, Ms. Kate, Ms. Maria,. Kristie and Ms. Nettia. I like the fact that there is a maximum of 8 infants per class, and they can play diversified activities with my baby! The app My Brigth Day is great and provides us many updates during the day. I strong recommend Bright Horizons at Tampa Palms.

Love Love Love This facility!! It's clean, has tons of entertainment and educational experiences for the kids and just has THE NICEST Staff!! I also love that they have a pool w/ a certified lifeguard!! It's been a journey since I've taken my son to 2 (not great) daycares and 2 after (horrible) school cares before finally finding one both he and I absolutely love!! As a single working mother, it's more than I would like to be pay, but it's 100% worth it!

I had previously explained to Bright Horizons when we started coming part-time that we were transitioning from me being a full time stay at home mom and my daughter being with me 24/7 to her now attending daycare because I now needed to work. I explained that she had anxiety issues and because of this she needed to carry her night-night during those difficult times to help her cope with the transition, it calms her down and she responds very well to affection with the night-night). One day (around 11am...) Bright Horizons called me at work to come pick my daughter up because they were having a Halloween parade and she was crying for like an hour and they couldn't calm her down (she was being an inconvenience with her crying). The woman told me she "couldn't deal with it..." ( her teacher left that wording on my voicemail)...and "I needed to pick her up" she wasn't biting or hitting anyone, she wasn't kicking and throwing things, she was having a difficult moment... but after I received that call I did go pick her up and without 2nd guessing I never returned (since they couldn't deal with a 3 year old crying). Also, the only person semi-friendly there was the director himself. Everyone else was a bit stand off-ish as if they just want you to take your kid and get out. However, I found a different daycare that loves the children as their own, and they’re full of understanding and compassion. They understand kids are kids, not expecting them to act like adults when each child is going through their own issues ( unlike Bright Horizons). So very disappointed in this facility but glad the experience is over. My daughter will still bring it up like “Mommy do you remember when my teacher called you from that one place…”and will explain to me what happened again that day…and it makes me sad that B.H. left this impression on her but it was a blessing in disguise because without that happening we would’ve never found the place we are at now. She no longer deals with the anxiety and after being there for a little while she is a completely different, happy child (no longer needing her night-night for comfort).

This daycare is a second home to us and to our son. And it is so good that we went back to this daycare after switching to a closer one of the same franchise in spite of needing to double our commute.
