  I cannot recommend Happy Baby Night Nurses, Katelynn and her team highly enough! We needed both a nanny and night nurses on relatively short notice for our baby girl, and Katelynn made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She handled everything professionally from start to finish. Her team personally interviewed candidates, conducted thorough background checks, and provided us with detailed profiles to review. For the night nurses, they coordinated schedules based on our availability needs, taking all the guesswork out of the process. The night nurses themselves were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cared for our daughter as if she were their own. I was honestly sad when our time with them came to an end! Beyond their excellent care, one of the nurses even suggested that our daughter might have silent reflux—an insight that no one else had been able to provide us, and it turned out to be exactly what we needed to hear.   Working with night nurses for our preemie newborn twins during the first two months postpartum was an absolute game-changer.   We are having a really good experience with Happy Baby Night Nurses. Watching my wife try and recover while we were both exhausted was overwhelming, but after finding Happy Baby, their team made a huge difference for us. Having overnight support gave my wife the chance to actually rest and heal and it helped our whole household function better. Everyone we work with is calm, kind and clearly experienced. They take great care of our baby and are very respectful of our space… which matters a lot to us. We’re in Dallas and originally heard about Happy Baby Night Nurses from another mom here who recommended them. Now that we’re getting ready to move on from overnight newborn care, we’re planning to use their Nanny Placement service as well. Calling Happy Baby Night Nurses was one of the best decisions we made for our family during those early weeks. Highly recommend!

  Hiring Happy Baby was the best thing my husband and I did for our sanity. I was extremely nervous never having done anything like this before and was on edge at the beginning. Very quickly in, those feelings went away. Each of the nurses they sent to care for our newborn was highly experienced in newborn care and did an excellent job managing feeding schedules, breastmilk hygiene, soothing, diapering. They were awake overnight so I wasn’t concerned about them being asleep and missing anything in those very early days. There’s a million tasks that need to get done when caring for an infant and they handled everything. Waking up to clean bottles was a huge relief and help. My husband and I found ourselves waiting each night for our nurse to arrive so we could shower, unwind and just go to sleep. Very grateful for the opportunity to work with happy baby night nurses and I would gladly recommend them to any new parent that is looking for help overnight. Thank you so much!

  My wife and I had a very positive experience overall with Happy Baby Night Nurses. Our night nurse, Jada, was excellent: kind, professional, and very comfortable to have in our home. She was clearly experienced and attentive, and we felt at ease knowing our baby was in good hands. We only wish she had more availability, but we understand she works full time at a hospital. We also used the nanny placement service and hired a nanny. So far so good! The process was smooth and communication throughout was good. The pool of candidates we interviewed was relatively small, but that may have been due to how selective we were in our criteria. One area for potential improvement would be the company’s evaluation of each candidate. While evaluations were provided, they tended to use some generic language, and it would have been helpful to see more personalized insight clearly outlining each candidate’s specific strengths and weaknesses. That said, we wanted to share an honest and fair review, as it’s clear that Katelynn genuinely cares about the service and is open to feedback. Overall, this was a 5-star experience, and we would absolutely recommend this company to other families.
