- KHKaren HApr 22, 20263.0Newer store with great space, wide aisles, good inventory. So why only 3 stars? Whoever decided to lump clothing all together without separating by size does not understand how people shop at all. In one small section, I found sizes 3XL, M, L, PM, and even a toddler size 5T, one right after another. Another rod had shirts sorted only by color. I couldn't even begin to go through the racks as I'd have had to touch every single piece of clothing, most not my size, in the store. It was so overwhelming, I just stopped. I get that this store must get a massive amount of clothing donations and sorting by size takes time. But, that is simply the way people shop. To display any other way will only frustrate folks and not lead to the sales needed order desired. Please, please, Goodwill, reconsider your clothes sorting decision.
