  The store was super clean. Definitely the cleanest goodwill I’ve ever been to. Prices were also pretty good. Although I could not for the life of me figure out how the store was organized. I thought maybe people had just moved around items but it ended up being the entire store that wasn’t sorted by size. Some sections seemed to be sorted by color (maybe?) but people generally look for clothing items based on size, not color. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind not sorting by size. I’ve never seen a thrift store anywhere not sorted by size. The kids section wasn’t even sorted by clothing type. Really odd. It was also pretty empty. Not much inventory on the shelves.

  Who doesn't like to shop there to find a gem. Just remember to have lots of time to go through it all and after all the money they take in goes to a good cause.

  As a homeless veteran who recently found housing, I came to this Goodwill hoping to find a few affordable items to help set up my place. I had read a lot of negative reviews beforehand but decided to give it a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience lived up to those reviews. I encountered multiple rude employees. When I asked a male employee for help, he dismissed me by saying, “I’m busy.” At the register, an older white female employee who identified herself as a manager was extremely unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and walked away mid-conversation. She told me that lowering the price would be “taking money away from those who need it,” while laughing and chuckling as if this were not a professional work environment. I tried to explain that Goodwill is a nonprofit and that the items are donated to help people in need, but she seemed unwilling or unable to understand that perspective. She refused to adjust the price on donated, used items that were already overpriced. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for someone who genuinely needed affordable household items. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes customer service and professionalism more seriously—especially when serving vulnerable members of the community.
