When I Finally got an answer, she told me "I thought this call was for something Important, I am very busy right now, I am doing a General*something*. I don't have time for this, Thank you." and hung up. Other than this incident, the establishment is almost always closed, and they hardly ever answer the phone. I am getting my money refunded. There is no excuse or reason for these people to be providing any type of customer service much less run a bussniess.
