  We were visiting with a neighbor from our street in PGI, and it was so warm and welcoming to catch up and enjoy breakfast together. WOW, excellent service, our server, I’m sorry I can’t recall her name, was awesome! The food was excellent and the meridian is so clean and feels like a great hotel 👍.

  Beautiful place. Everyone was so friendly. I enjoyed a salmon dinner with my friend Tony who lives here. Beautiful and relaxing views also.

  My parents have been staying at Meridian for just over one month. They have been taken to their church service every Sunday by the Meridian bus drivers. However, they are the only Meridian residents that take the bus to this particular church. Other churches have a sign up sheet for the bus. Each week we have been told that there will be a sign up sheet for my parents' church, but there hasn't been. Today my parents were told they wouldn't be taken to church because a manager hadn't approved it. This was very disappointing for my parents and meant that other options for transporting them to church would need to be made, and quickly. Bob was very kind and helped to explain the bussing approval process. However, the person who approved the bussing schedule would not be available until the next day. Ed, one of the bus drivers who happen to be driving today, saved the day. He wanted to do everything that he could to correct the situation. Not only did he drive my parents to and from their church service, but he took the necessary steps to make certain that this issue won't be repeated. He reassured me that there will be a sign up sheet for my parents' church moving forward. Ed prioritized my parents needs over his own plans and that made such a difference. I feel much better knowing that there are people like Ed and Bob working at Meridian helping my parents and other seniors to live their best lives. I give Ed and Bob 5 stars but give this review 4 stars because it could have been better if this issue was avoided altogether.

  My brother, Randy has been at the Meridian for about a month now. When we initially came to tour, we were so impressed with how beautiful, clean, and new the facility was. We met with Wendy, the sales director, who was so helpful, knowledgeable and caring. We After much deliberation, my sister and I decided to move Randy to the Meridian. I have to admit, I was hesitant about spending the money, and hoped we were getting more than just a beautiful place. Thankfully, it is much, much more than just a beautiful place. It is just as warm and caring as Wendy was. Randy has made the Meridian his home. Every time we come to visit him, he is in a different spot. He loves playing pool, going to the activity room, theater, bistro , coffee bar and the back porch with the nice water view. He is making new friends with residents all over the facility. Randy especially loves all the attention that the staff give him. I have to admit, I did not expect the transition to go so smoothly and I am delighted to see how well adjusted and content he is. Randy is a new man and I have never seen him happier 🤗
