  Thank you to the great administration and staff at Truewood for the respect, care and compassion you demonstrated while our family member stayed with you. Everyone went out of their way to make her stay comfortable and to engage her in the community and activities. It was comforting to know she was well cared for and cared about. Thank you.

  My mother is a new resident of Truewood. So far they have really treated all involved wonderfully. Brian and Christine have answered all questions and really rolled out the red carpet for my 91 year old Mom. She’s got quite a few hurdles in life now. They are compassionate and patient with her needs. Thank you, Chuck & Kris Smallman

  “I recently attended a holiday event at the community and was impressed with everything. The team interacts well with the residents, the management even participated in the Santa Clause event. The residents are happy and well cared for.” I would highly recommend this Assisted Living Community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  Jenny Kennamer is absolutely wonderful. I have a very important and special friend living at Truewood, and he has been here since last October. I truly appreciate the staff, and I especially appreciate Jenny. With Jenny working here and being in charge, I feel confident that my friend is being taken care of extremely well just as he and everyone living here deserves. My favorite part about Jenny is how she truly listens, shows confidence and compassion, and how clearly you can see her dedication to both her team and the wonderful people who live here. I have also heard great things from my friend about Patrick, who works extremely hard and consistently goes above and beyond. I also love walking in and being greeted by the welcoming front desk staff, who do a fantastic job as well. Thank you for taking such good care of my friend.

  The entire community is wonderful! Great team, dedicated personnel, very home like and clean. I highly recommend Truewood Charlotte Center for anyone needing Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care services.
