  I needed to rent a tuxedo for my grandson for his Bar Mitzvah. Bill took care of us and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business for any formal wear needs.

  I had an amazing experience with this store and even found my dream dress! I accidentally found this store and I'm so grateful I did. They let me go in and try dresses as much as I wanted and Anna (thank you again) found my dream dress for me. It is such a cute store and I felt comfortable and like I was at home trying on dresses. Definitely stop in if you are looking for wedding dresses.

  One of the most disgusting places with the worst customer service in the world! My sister in law got her dress from there and they were so sweet at first. Today we have evacuated due to hurricane Irma. Her wedding is in march. The managers told her that the dress wouldn't be ready until after November. They TEXTED her today (while everyone is evactuating) and said that it's the last day to pickup the dress and they are not guaranteeing anything after the hurricane. She tried calling them and they were so rude to her. This is horrible service and such a disgusting company. I'd never work with them because you trust them with the one night of your life and just like that, they could ruin it. And this is After having the dress fully paid for.

  AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! TERRIBLE customer service. I am in the customer service industry and if I ran my business the way they did I would have ZERO customers. I called ahead to tell them my price range (under 1500) and they said it would not be a problem so we set up an appointment...then the first thing I was asked when I sat down was what my budget was. When I told her she immediately pursed her lips and said I don't think we will have anything here for you in that range. I told her about my phone call to the store and asked her to see what she could find. We proceeded to try on a few beautiful dresses and then when we were in the room with just the two of us she asked when my wedding was. I told her it was in six months and she responded saying well you sure waited till the last minute didn't you? Typically I would tel a bride in this situation to get something off the rack but they don't make dresses on the rack in your size.....yep you read that right. This was my very first bridal store and I almost left there in tears! If you are looking for a true bridal salon experience with people who actually care about you finding the perfect dress, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went to bellisima bride after this and the experience was NIGT AND DAY! They were FABULOUS, pulled out SO many dresses, I found the PERFECT dress AND it was within my budget! The woman I worked with specifically was Deborah. She should go back to being an interior designer because she has zero bedside manor and does not care AT ALL about you feeling like a princess on YOUR day! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP AT PATRICIA SOUTH!!!
