I lost $13,000, plus the runaround, they don't answer the phone, then they ask for more money, they don't respect the contract, I paid everything upfront and they still wanted more money, claiming the secretary made a mistake in the contract, even though he signed it. After two years of this mess, I had to hire another lawyer. Run away without a second thought. Brasileiros, fiquem bem longe deste lugar, principalmente do Dereck. Aliás, este lugar nem deveria estar aberto. Perdi 13 mil dólares, além de toda a enrolação. Eles não atendem o telefone, depois pedem mais dinheiro, não respeitam o contrato. Paguei tudo adiantado e mesmo assim queriam mais, alegando que a secretária cometeu um erro no contrato, embora ele mesmo o tenha assinado. Depois de dois anos dessa confusão, precisei contratar outro advogado. Fujam sem pensar duas vezes.

Derek and his employees will change once you have paid them, you will feel that you're bothering them when asking questions about your case. 1 star is a very high rating for this very poor poor experience we had with them.
