Please please STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE from this "office", Derek is unprofessional and disrespectful. they will never answer the phone, they do not have a physical address and documents from USCIS will never arrive and case will be denied because of it. every good review must be fake . Derek and his employees will change once you have paid them, you will feel that you're bothering them when asking questions about your case. 1 star is a very high rating for this very poor poor experience we had with them.

Very unprofessional organization. Dereck will give you personal excuses to delays process and don't follow with agreements. He will fail to his words and he will give you reasons that doesn't related with professional work. I will recommend you to stay away. He owe me money and refused to pay.
