I pulled up right in the front at one of the donations parking spots. No one came out like they usually do considering I have made several donations here and someone always comes out. So I called the store and a lady answered, and I asked If they were taking donations, and I was just wondering because no one had came out. Then she told me that the door says open, so that means it’s open and for me to come in. She was extremely rude over the phone. Then I came in, and she said that the ceiling just caved in on her and that she was the only one working the entire store. Why are you still working if the ceiling caved in on you? That is an unsafe work environment and you don’t need to be working then. She also said that she couldn’t work the back and the front at the same time so she wasn’t going out there to get donations anymore and that people had to come in themselves and bring in their donations. Why are you the only one working? If you need 2 people 1 for the front and 1 for the back you should call someone in or not be open. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning here and donating anything at this goodwill from now on. Consider firing her or at least talking to her about how to be a good person and treat your customers with respect. This is very uncalled for, and I will be calling corporate.

I drop off clothes or items I no longer need. I could resell most of the items but I think paying it forward means more The staff used to come out and help you unload your car, but don't any more.
