  Jim West is an amazing counselor and has had a huge impact on my 17-year old son’s life. His recommendations, encouragement, guidance and support was exactly what was needed as we were trying to navigate through a difficult time. Jim makes speaking with him comfortable and my teen listens to him more than to me :) (But I trusted Jim’s leading and expertise.) Valerie Ware also helped us a lot with assessments. She’s kind and patient and took the time to speak with us about the process. Fiorella at the front desk is super helpful each time I needed to make or change appointments. Thanks, TLC! Note: We did a lot of our appointments as a video call, which is a great option if you don’t live near their office!

  The office manager Bryan is great and the girls who answer the phone are very professional and kind.
