  My daughter was enrolled in Discovery Champions at Lawton Chiles Elementary (Orlando), and all invoices were always paid on time. Due to personal circumstances, I temporarily suspended the service and properly notified the program. During that same period, they were changing their application, which made the process even more complicated. When I was finally able to access the app, I found duplicate charges for invoices that had already been paid, as well as charges for two weeks during which my daughter did not attend the program. Despite having informed them of the suspension, they continue to send invoices, which is very concerning. Communication is practically nonexistent: they only provide a phone number, and it is nearly impossible to resolve the issue through that channel. The school representative only acknowledges that the situation is frustrating but does not offer any concrete solution. Due to this experience and the lack of an effective response, I decided to completely withdraw my daughter from the program, and I am still unsure whether this has been processed correctly because the application is unreliable. I strongly believe they need to urgently improve their billing management and parent communication, as situations like this cause unnecessary stress and loss of trust. Thank you for your response. I have attempted to contact the phone number provided; however, unfortunately, no one has answered, which has made it difficult to continue the conversation through that channel. The representative at my daughter’s school already has my email address, so I remain available to follow up on this matter in writing.

  My so has been going to Champions for the past two school years and he absolutely loves it. The staff is terrific with the children and they are wonderful about communicating all things with me. The price is reasonable and when issues have come up they have been very willing to work with us.

  It's fun you can bring your dog along to the dog park ,their is a water park only cost $1 per person and you can throw parties anytime until 8:00 pm
