- LBLessie BeckOct 8, 20251.0Toured this facility and felt very rushed through. We saw only the one place our child would be and a couple random empty rooms for "indoor play" and "stem" stuff. The director kept looking us up and down like we were too poor to be there. So disappointed in the experience after seeing great reviews and feeling so uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

If you’re also an anxious parent who doesn’t know how you’re going to get through sending your baby to daycare, I would really encourage you to consider Bright Horizons. We were so sad about sending our little one to daycare at only a few months old, not to mention we had a very negative experience somewhere else and were nervous to try another daycare. But we’ve been so impressed by the quality of the care he gets, and we have such peace of mind leaving him here every day knowing that he’s safe, loved, and having the best time! His teachers (Ms. Wanda and Ms. Jadirah ❤️) are so intentional and so sweet, and we love reading the daily and weekly lesson plans to see how the activities they plan both entertain him and support/encourage his development. We get pictures and videos throughout each day that show us what he’s doing! Every time we show the pictures to anyone else, they’re just as impressed as we are; “intentional” really is the keyword for everything they do. This was the first place where we felt genuinely heard when we talked about our child, and where I really felt like they wanted to get to know him! We felt comfortable right away. We’re thrilled that we found Bright Horizons and that our child gets to benefit from the program here - thank you all for caring for him like we do!

They take care of our son like he is their own. They have taught us so much about STEM learning, gross motor skills, development milestones, scheduling, introducing solids, and so much more! Every staff member at the center knows our entire family and greet us every day. I feel extremely comfortable with the team and am so thankful to have found this place. I recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and educational daycare for their children!
