In the middle of that pain, Jim Grant was more than a funeral director—he was a source of comfort, compassion, and steady support when I needed it most. His kindness, patience, and genuine care carried me through every step, from the arrangements to the Celebration of Life. Chelsea is truly a blessing as well. She handled every detail—from the program to the prayer cards—with such tenderness and understanding. She listened, she cared, and she made sure everything reflected the love we have for my son. Every request was met with grace and thoughtfulness. In a time when everything felt overwhelming and impossible, Baldwin Brothers, Jim Grant, and Chelsea gave me something I didn’t think I could find—peace. I will be forever grateful.   I’d like to thank the staff of Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society for their compassion and professionalism during a very difficult time. In particular, Funeral Director Matt Von Ohlen and Office Administrator Janice Patton went above and beyond to help navigate difficult decisions at the worse of times. For anyone considering their services, getting this done in advance was one of the best decisions we made. When the time came, it was a seamless process, no surprises, we just handed the card to the hospital and everything was taken care of. At that moment, it was such a relief to not have to navigate anything difficult. Thank you again.
