  I recently met with Lisa Gutterman to pre-plan my final arrangements. I believe it is important to make these decisions while you are healthy and can approach the process with clarity and a sense of humor. Lisa made the entire experience easy and understandable; she truly “put the fun in funeral.” I highly recommend Baldwin Brothers and their pre-planning method, which ensures that these final decisions remain yours alone.

  I’d like to thank the staff of Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society for their compassion and professionalism during a very difficult time. In particular, Funeral Director Matt Von Ohlen and Office Administrator Janice Patton went above and beyond to help navigate difficult decisions at the worse of times. For anyone considering their services, getting this done in advance was one of the best decisions we made. When the time came, it was a seamless process, no surprises, we just handed the card to the hospital and everything was taken care of. At that moment, it was such a relief to not have to navigate anything difficult. Thank you again.

  Baldwin Brothers helped so much in our time of need. Mrs. Denise was such a great help when we lost, whom I call my adopted mom, in November 2025. I was and her husband was so lost and didn't know what to do. Mrs. Denise was right there with all the answers to questions I didn't know to ask and to questions I did ask. She was absolutely very courteous and sympathetic to our needs. The funeral director i believe his name is Mark was absolutely wonderful with all the help he gave in getting the funeral ready also courteous and sympathetic for what we where going through. Then , whom I called my adopted dad, wanted to set up his funeral because he had lung cancer and he knew he didn't have much time left. Mrs. Denise was right there for him and me and walked him through everything that he would need to do. She was at that time the one who kept me going and helped me in so many ways. I know I can never thank her enough for what she did for me in the passing of two people who ment the world to me. Two months and one day on January 17th i lost my adopted dad. Mr. Jim helped me with the finalization of everything and was very courteous and sympathetic to my needs. Both funerals that was put together by the Baldwin Brothers funeral home in Ocala on SilverSprings Blvd. Did an amazing job. I will recommend them to anyone who needs to bury a loved one. Mrs. Denise , Mr. Mark , and Mr. Jim all of these wonderful people made a hurtful painful time in my life a little bit easier with their help and condolences and sympathy. I knew that they were there to help make this day the best that it could possibly be. They listened to what we wanted and did everything to make us comfortable. I want to say thank you again to Baldwin Brothers for helping and being there when we needed you the most.
