  Denise DiPesa-Lathrop was very thorough in explaining all information needed to make an informed decision regarding our burial preferences. She has a very calming presence. Denise made the process less stressful.

  Words cannot express how amazing you guys are. During the hardest moment for my family and I not only were you guys so caring, compassionate and patient. But from the minute we walked in you treated us with love. From asking if we would like water or coffee, to offering us candy treats while we waited. The process was a smooth as possible. You didn't overwhelm us. You didn't see us as dollar signs, you seen a family who was mourning the loss of our brother and you made sure he received the best treatment. It warmed my heart to hear how the gentleman who cremated my brother actually was one of his customers. The kind words he spoke of him was just more reassurance of how beautiful of a person he was. Matt, thank you so much for helping me out with my brother's ashes, I was so scared to even hold it because a part of me is still in denial. You didn't treat his ashes like ashes, you held it carefully, with love. I love that you put him on the back seat and buckled him in. I cant even explain how hard of a process this has been on me and seeing that warmed my soul. My darling brother I will miss you forever. Baldwin Brother's you are amazing. Im greatful we chose you guys. Thank you again for everything ❤️

  My mother decided it was time to make her arrangements. We went to Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home and met with Denise DiPesa-Lathrop. Denise was wonderful. She explained everything and was very attentive to mom’s needs. This part of life is always difficult, especially when it involves a parent. If this something you have to do please contact Baldwin Brothers and ask for Denise.
