  We couldn’t be more pleased with Hampton Manor. From the beginning of the initial tour with Jeffery to the care team staff, the maintenance staff, the dining room staff, everyone has been fabulous!!! The facility is beautiful but the employees are what make it such a great facility. Everyone truly seems to care. We could not have made a better decision in where to move my dad to when living alone became to difficult. Thank you Hampton manor Staff!!!

  Hampton Manor is a great place for Assisted Living of a loved one. We were paying almost the same price for a very small room at another facility in Merritt Island. She now has more than double the area and a separate bathroom with a door. And a shower in the bathroom. The personel are great. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Jeffrey especially has been super. He walked us through the facility and let us pick our choice of available rooms and helped us with all the paperwork & doctor/ pharmacy options. He even brought his own truck to the old facility and helped me get her mattress to her new apartment. He actually didn't help so much as grab the mattress and carry it by himself to the truck and when we got back, it was already set up in her room. So far we've been very happy with everything. The food is great and she now has 3 meals available to her with food she likes, unlike the last place. If you're considering assisted living for a loved one, consider Hampton Manor. Visit and let Jeffrey give you a tour. My favorites were the pool and movie room.

  My mom-in-law has lived at Hampton Manor on Merritt Island for more than two years and we have all been very pleased with the care and cleanliness of the facility. Recently it became time to move into the memory care section and Jeff Nietupski made what could have been a very difficult move smoother than we ever could have imagined. Beginning with Jeff showing us through the memory care section of the facility and the available rooms, to making sure we had ample opportunity to speak with care team members, to coordinating with mom’s external health providers, and helping with the physical move itself, he saved the day for us. His “over and above” performance is highly appreciated! Thank you Jeff!

  After touring 4 assisted living facilities near me I had my 94 yr. old parents tour Hampton Manor. Jeffery did a great job showing them all the great features at the facility and explaining what is included in the fees that they decided to sign up for a day to move in, witch happened in a week and a half. Jeffery also helped with getting medical assessment for entry for my mother that doesn’t have a doctor. My father thought he would miss his walk in tub but there is a Spa room with a Jacuzzi walk in tub there. Mom doesn’t like to cook so a dining room with 3 nutritious meals is great. All the staff have been friendly and helpful in making this life change for my parents comfortable.

Jeffrey in Sales offers a warm, knowledgeable approach that makes the transition process smooth and comforting.
