  Sonata East is the BEST! I arrived here a few weeks ago from another apartment complex seeking to find a more active and inviting environment that is better for my age and increasing limitations. Although still independent at 91 years old I have found that Sonata East is the perfect mix of an amazing staff and very friendly tenants that I continue to meet every day. I am overwhelmed with the welcome from Kristen, the front desk, activities planner, dining team, cleaning personnel, and everyone here at Sonata East. I am truly blessed!

  We recently moved my 91-year-old mother into Sonata East Assisted Living. She remains independent but has increasing issues with her hearing and eyesight. From the first day at Sonata, Kristen and the entire Sonata East team have been phenomenal welcoming my mom into a very friendly, active and caring facility. For the first time in several years mom is experiencing new acquaintances and building friendships that have given her a new spark in life. We could not be happier with Sonata East. Kristen and the entire team there are a true blessing!

  My father and mother were both residents at Sonata East at Viera. My dad on the independent side and my mom in Serenades, which is the memory care center. Over the years I have come to know some very dedicated people. Many of the staff from the maintenance team, to the food preparation team, to business team were thoughtful, kind and very professional. The standouts however in the Serenades memory care center, are the Wellness director and the Activities program director. The Wellness director was very attentive and does an outstanding job keeping things running smoothly. The Activities director brings an energy and enthusiasm to her work that is unmatched. She makes an effort to really connect with each and every resident.

  I want to take the time to commend Kristen Claus for her outstanding customer service. I have worked with her on a few occasions as a community partner and she is helpful, friendly, and easy to work with.

  We have been working with Sonata to get a family member to decide to live at Independent living at Sonata East Viera FL. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to us. It can be such an emotional time, but the people there are so sweet, supportive, non-pushy and empathetic. They offered that the family member come to activities to see more of what Sonata was all about. They invited her to have dinner. The family member signed on today and we are so relieved. What stands out to us about this place is how family-oriented they are. It makes us want to come visit as it is so beautiful and social. Studies are showing that seniors live longer happier lives when they have human connections. This is an excellent living situation in which to find that. We are thrilled that mom will become part of that community!
