  If you’re looking for an excellent daycare for your child don’t hesitate to go here at Bright Horizon on Military! I almost passed up the best opportunity for my baby girl reading these reviews. I took a chance and I’m absolutely delighted with their support and efforts. I appreciate their welcoming embrace EVERY MORNING! I absolutely love it here my daughter has learned so much ,she says new words every day I pick her up! Every single staff is hands on helping in every way possible. I have witnessed so many walks of life care for my daughter with love and kindness. I appreciate everyone at Bright Horizons they treat me like family and I have never felt so happy and grateful for a daycare center like this.

  My daughter started at Bright Horizons when she was 4 - her first time ever in daycare/school. I was a nervous about it, but honestly, they made it so much easier than I expected. The director Adriana is amazing. Drop-offs were ROUGH - and honestly stayed rough the whole year (tears until the almost the last day). But Adriana walked my daughter to class every single day for weeks to help with the transition. Her teacher Ms. Zarayiah was amazing with the kids. So patient with everyone. They did lots of STEM activities which I loved. The curriculum wasn't overly challenging but it covered all the bases. My daughter made the cutest friendships and gained so much confidence during her time there. And when we were applying to schools (ugh, that process!), Adriana was on top of everything - recommendation letters, forms, whatever we needed. We had a couple small issues during the year, but when I mentioned them to Adriana, she handled it right away. It was great to feel heard and respected. If you're looking for a place that cares about your kid and will work with you as parents, this is it. They stuck with us through a whole year of tearful goodbyes and never once made us feel like we were a problem. We're really grateful for our time there.

  Both my babies have been going there since last week. The teachers are AMAZING. The staff are so sweet. Loving and welcoming vibe from the second you open the door.

  This was our first experience with putting our 2 year old into daycare and everyone at Bright Horizons made us feel so comfortable. All of the teachers there are very good and very patient. We appreciate them so much. Our daughter will miss her main teacher Ms. Diane and all of the friends she made very much. Melissa and Adriana at the front desk are super helpful and you are always greeted with a smile. We were kept informed every day. We knew every time she ate, went to sleep, woke up, went to the bathroom or had an accident. We got pictures throughout the day of all the fun she was having and all the activities she was doing. The center was kept clean and they were very good with teaching hand washing practices. We will miss this place very much.

  Bright Horizons is the most expensive school within the Palm Beach County area and for the price, it is somewhat worth it. The school is nice but can use some improvements as I had seen insects occasionally in the infant room, and a pool of water infested with mosquitoes at the mini outdoor play area for the 1 year olds. I had lived 30 ish minutes away just for my son to go here and even re-enrolled him after I placed him in another facility because I missed the school so much. The second time coming back felt so different. Ms. Michelle seemed a bit cold and my favorite teacher had put her notice in because she was unhappy working there. The teacher turnover was high and the infant room had an inexperienced caretaker looking after the babies. I sensed neglect from her as she was not active with the kids, unconversational, and seemed to always be in the corner trying to appear invisible. I remember going home one day and taking my child's diaper off to see that his butt was bleeding because he had a bad rash. I was furious and wanted to cry because my son was not being cared for while I was at work; and I trusted Ms. Michelle. I immediately took pictures and documented the incident just in case I decided to call DCFS. My husband and I expressed our discontent with the director, but it seemed to have fallen on death ears. We left the daycare soon after and had a less than satisfactory farewell as it seemed the staff had an attitude that we unenrolled our son. I was very disappointed in our second/last time going back.
