I absolutely love the Bright Horizons Military Trail location. My daughter has been going there since she was three. I must say this was the first ever daycare she has been and they are so amazing! Mrs. Adrianna always checks in to make sure everything is good! Mrs. Melissa is always so helpful and kind! All of the teachers she has had have been absolutely amazing! Everyone in the building really cares about your child!

Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons on Military from the 1-year-old classroom through VPK, and we have absolutely loved our experience. The teachers and staff are consistently friendly, caring, and welcoming. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and most importantly, our daughter has truly liked and connected with every teacher she’s had.
The team has been incredibly supportive of her development over the years, helping her grow academically, socially, and emotionally. We genuinely couldn’t have picked a better school for our daughter, and we’re so grateful for the care and dedication Bright Horizons provides.

My son has been attending this Daycare going on 2 years now and my experience with the school and staff have been amazing! The Directors Adriana and Melissa are very involved, and help every time they can when it comes to answering any questions i've had and just keeping me updated on events and what goes on in the daycare. This is a very festive daycare, they have different themes weekly, activites during the holidays, and just a lot of fun and creative ideas they put into the curriculum to keep the parents and kids involved. My son has built connections with all of his teachers so far from the day he started, and i have as well making it a real comfortable feeling dropping him off everyday without worry. Teachers' Stephanie, Mandy, Liz, Yvonne, Tamika, and Zariyah are all very exceptional teachers that have went above and beyond to ensure my son's comfort and mines as well.
They also have the school app you can download on your phone to keep track of your child's day; they post pictures and notes hourly of what your child is doing throughout the day and thats my favorite feature! Bright Horizons on Military Trail is as GREAT as it gets when it comes to daycare and i couldnt be more pleased with the work they do. Highly recommended!

This would never be a specific school I would recommend after being a family from them for 3 years and A FORMER TEACHER from this specific company (different location), Adriana the director is not helpful, she is unaware of what is going on in the building. When my son had “good days” according to his teachers, she would say differently but not have accurate reasoning she would use previous day incidents as current. For our “behavior support plan” discussion she jumbles over the same sentences over and over providing no real information to “help.” They didn’t actually even try anything on the support plan and suspended him right before the support team could even see him in the classroom to help provide “additional or different resources”, interesting when I repeatedly disclosed that I was uncomfortable with those 2 teachers with my son, and repeatedly ignored. And when I asked what was being offered since he repeatedly did NOT have access to the tools that were suppose to be readily available, there was no response other than “I’m trying to help.” I’m not sure how it’s helpful when I’m asking questions and yet teachers are completely untruthful in scenarios. I repeatedly disclosed that Veronica and Diane, the 2’s teachers, physically have shown issues with my son, when he got hurt hitting his head when I picked up he was completely ignored by Veronica, he wasn’t even spoken to asked if he was ok, all while I was right outside the classroom. Keeping in mind the CONSTANT eye rolls from Veronica at pick up and drop off. Diane completely avoided my child at all cost, she has intentionally walked to the other side of the room when I walk to in to the room to drop him off, she called another teacher, Patti from VPK, over to physically remove my child from his fathers legs UNASKED and put him in his classroom screaming and both completely disregarded him. If his father and I wanted to leave him crying we could’ve done that ourselves. As well as Patty, having a personal issue with my older son who has recently graduated VPK from here. He tried greeting Patty MULTIPLE times and she looked at him and ignored him the 5 times he tried to say hello directly in front of her face. Patty had a tendency to not acknowledge my oldest child at drop but consistently greeted other children. While she would say my son was a problem child, Dahalia would say all the boys in the class are doing the same things being children, nothing out of the ordinary and would actually say that my son did have a good day. Truth be told this company as a whole only cares about money, these teachers are loosing all mannerism and professionalism. Days I would drop off my child, and would circle back to make sure he was still ok because I dropped him off ok, you could see the misery on his face. I truly regret keeping my children at this school for this long. And trying to express concerns to corporate? Good luck. Regional manager, Stacie, doesn’t pay attention to concerns that come her way and completely disregards the actual concerns you reached out with. Also Stacie disclosed they had no space in the 3 year old classroom for my son. Stacie also disclosed she allows them to NOT communicate with you. Also condoning teachers physically grabbing children from their parent UNASKED. Resulting you in being blindsided. And the teachers lie about your children’s day, what went on and what is happening.

Bright Horizons is the most expensive school within the Palm Beach County area and for the price, it is somewhat worth it. The school is nice but can use some improvements as I had seen insects occasionally in the infant room, and a pool of water infested with mosquitoes at the mini outdoor play area for the 1 year olds. I had lived 30 ish minutes away just for my son to go here and even re-enrolled him after I placed him in another facility because I missed the school so much.
The second time coming back felt so different. Ms. Michelle seemed a bit cold and my favorite teacher had put her notice in because she was unhappy working there. The teacher turnover was high and the infant room had an inexperienced caretaker looking after the babies. I sensed neglect from her as she was not active with the kids, unconversational, and seemed to always be in the corner trying to appear invisible. I remember going home one day and taking my child's diaper off to see that his butt was bleeding because he had a bad rash. I was furious and wanted to cry because my son was not being cared for while I was at work; and I trusted Ms. Michelle. I immediately took pictures and documented the incident just in case I decided to call DCFS. My husband and I expressed our discontent with the director, but it seemed to have fallen on death ears. We left the daycare soon after and had a less than satisfactory farewell as it seemed the staff had an attitude that we unenrolled our son. I was very disappointed in our second/last time going back.
