  Moving my independent, stubborn 80 year old mother into assisted living was difficult for her and us. However the entire staff at Grand Living has been AWESOME. Carol in sales was very kind and formed a great relationship w mom. Kayla has been a wonderful go to with any concerns we have. John is truly great any problems in moms room he is there to fix it. The health and wellness staff very attentive and compassionate to moms needs. Moms care staff Brittany and Artesha (aka Molly and Polly) are truly delightful with mom. ` Really from the moment you walk in the building and are greeted by Debbie, Shay or Jerry it is a caring and friendly environment. Even the bus driver Luis is very attentive to all the seniors he drives on their super fun outings. I'm so happy with our decision to move mom into Grand Living Park at Lake Mary

  Grand Living at Lake Mary has been a true blessing for our family. My mom was very anxious about moving into a community, especially with her memory challenges but the team here, especially Kayla, our concierge, made the transition so much easier. Kayla is incredible: warm, patient, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. She handles every interaction with professionalism and warmth, and ensures that even the smallest details are taken care of like making sure my mom had a buddy when she first moved in or friends at meals. The staff overall demonstrate the same level of care and dedication. They know residents by name, are responsive to needs, and create an environment where people feel truly valued and supported. Dining has been a highlight as well, with meals that are well-prepared, nicely presented, and enjoyed in a restaurant quality setting. The community itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and continually being updated but what truly stands out is the vibrancy of daily life. There is an impressive variety of activities—fitness, music, a library, social events, crafts, outings, a movie theater and so much more—giving my mom countless opportunities to stay engaged and connected. My mom has found things she genuinely enjoys, which has been wonderful to see. She plays cards, takes aquafit classes in the pool, loves walking around the community, attends happy hour live music events, bingo and more. Mom feels like she’s living on a cruise ship. Great food, good friends and tons to do. I’m deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt community at Grand Living. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for a warm, supportive, and enriching Independent Living community.

  The decision to move your loved one from the home they've lived in for 40 years is never easy, but after looking at Grand Living and talking to staff and residents, I felt confident in the decision to move Dad in to independent living. The amenities are great, the place is always clean and kept up nicely. The staff goes above and beyond for their residents and for the resident's family members. I appreciate everything that Grand Living has to offer my Dad and the peace of mind I have knowing he is in good hands.

  Grand Living, Independent Living, has been amazing for my mom! She reluctantly moved in last winter, for a “snowbird” 3 month visit and decided to stay! The staff is wonderful. When she first moved in, Kayla and Tamara made sure she met people, helped schedule medical appointments, etc. They were/are extremely responsive if she needs help with anything or if I have any questions. The physical therapy she does right on site, has been incredible. At age 84, we didn’t expect her physical abilities to improve- and they have! She absolutely loves all the activities and outings! My mom is a very social person and she is so much happier having daily activities to look forward to. Bingo, weekly shows, holiday events, happy hour, exercise classes, socializing at the pool- she loves it all! My sister and I thought she would like it, but Grand Living has truly exceeded all our expectations!
