  In working with a mutual patient at this facility, I received an outstanding review from a family member. How could I keep this to myself? It was noted, “Marsha in memory care has transformed the memory care unit. She is attentive and kind, engaging and informative, and cares for the patients with great pride. Marsha has trained her staff in such a way that no one sits around, they’re all responsive and meeting the needs of the patients. The facility always smells amazing and looks and feels clean.” Marsha thank you for all that you do, and how you show up for your patients and staff. Merrill Gardens is blessed to have you. It is always a pleasure to work with you and see how you advocate for those you serve.

  I feel very fortunate to live at Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace in Poinciana, Florida. When I was looking at senior living communities, I wanted a place where I could feel comfortable, make new friends, and know that compassionate care would be there if I ever needed it. Merrill Gardens has truly delivered on all of that and more. The team here is excellent and incredibly caring. They treat residents with kindness, patience, and respect every single day. It feels like they genuinely love what they do, and that makes a big difference. From the dining team to the caregivers and leadership, everyone works hard to make sure residents feel supported and valued. One of the best parts of living here is the friendships and sense of community. There are always activities, outings, and social events where residents can gather and enjoy each other’s company. It’s very easy to meet people and feel like you belong. Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace offers everything you need to make the most out of your life—great food, beautiful spaces, engaging programs, and a warm atmosphere where people look out for each other. It gives me peace of mind knowing that support and assisted living services are available if needed, while still allowing me to stay active and independent. If you are looking for senior living in Davenport or the Solivita area, I highly recommend Merrill Gardens. It’s a wonderful community with compassionate care and an amazing team that truly makes residents feel at home.

  I moved from Pennsylvania to the Florida area the year October 2024 and when I looked at the landscaping it was clean and well-kept. When I went in and met the receptionist, miss Patty she was very pleasant and after I took a tour with Heidi, she was very pleasant and it convinced me to move here. It’s an honor for me to write this review about Merrill Gardens Solivita Marketplace. if you’re looking for a new home for a family member, or if you retired, this is the place to come. They have activities every day or if you want to be by the pool or go shopping it’s available. There’s a nurse practitioner and a doctor once per week and also podiatrist is provided once a month. The staff in the kitchen and the waiters are very pleasant. The food has gotten better, however there is still a lot to be done. Housekeeping needs to be stepped up. They do a good job, but need more time. the new manager and his team are doing a wonderful job. They really try to please the residents in every way they can. Sometimes I think they go above and beyond, which is good. The care staff is very helpful and will assist in any way possible whether you are on service Independent or memory care they are there when called upon. The general manager is very sociable and polish and always there to assist anyone who needs it and always willing and take time with the residents, complaining, and deal with them appropriately. general manager, Jim Hooper I am very glad that you came aboard. You have made a great difference in a short period of time that you have been here. I personally think a lot of you and your family. Keep up the great work and At Merrill Gardens.
