- HNHannah NameNov 10, 20251.0I visited this Goodwill today and the large posted sign clearly showed GREEN as the 40%-off color of the week. I shopped the whole time thinking green was the discount color because that’s what the sign said. After I paid, i realized it was way more than I thought and i said did you get the green 40% the employee told me the actual color was red and even laughed about it. At that point I couldn’t get a refund or price adjustment, even though the sign had been wrong an hour and a half after opening. This has happened here before and it feels very misleading and unprofessional. Customers rely on posted signage. It should be correct before the store opens. I feel scammed.
