- KBKatie BennettDec 20, 20251.0I have had two experiences when dropping off items where the woman took the box from me and then literally dropped it from wait high to the floor. Each time the glasses and items in the box crashed to the ground. I am sure the glasses and ornaments inside the box were broken and worthless. She is always busy smoking or on the phone and it is as if I have inconvenienced her. This is why I am bringing the box inside as she is not helpful and drive through is non existent. Very different from the Goodwill drop off I had been used to at my former address. I may not be returning to this location to drop off. I’m wondering if this should be looked into since I am reading similar reviews.
