  My father has been a resident there since the Summer of 2021. Ownership has changed and Keystone has given him the best possible care we could have asked for. The staff is very attentive and always able to help with our requests. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a safe place for senior care.

  My dear family friend on the advice of her social worker and my wife's tour of this facility and others selected Keystone Place at Beachwalk for her surviving spouse. The couple had been together for 55 years and married since 2012. Unfortunately, my dear friend passed away. I was extremely concerned and worried about my friend who was now faced with such an incredible loss and change. She suffered from dimentia, but had it together, mostly thanks to the love and caring of her spouse and close family and friends of which I am included. What I did not count on was the exemplary standard of care my friend would experience at Keystone Place. The staff is so friendly, professional, caring and committed to their residents. It takes a special type of person to work in this field. The staff at Keystone exceeds the standards and I am happy and very relieved knowing my dear friend is in the very best of care at this facility. This is the third memory care facility where a loved one I know required this type of care. And while the other two facilities seemed very good, Keystone is OUTSTANDING! The facility is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and always clean. The residents enjoy various daily activities such as live musicians, magicians, western themed events and holiday celebrations, just to name a few. Resident can also enjoy beatiful sunny weather and bird watching in the courtyard. Residents are offered a variety of menu items for their selection. The culinary staff works very hard to ensure the residents enjoy delicious prepared soups, meals, desserts and beverages. At the heart of Keystone Place and what makes Keystone so very special is the staff. The entire staff is comprised of individuals who take great pride, professionalism, care, duty and compassion. This staff is the most loveable talented group I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My friend loves all of them. I liken Keystone Place to a community of dedicaded hearts beating towards a common goal, their residents! I Thank All of You for what you do every day. Shauna K.

  Our experience with Keystone Place at Beachwalk has been exceptional. From day one, Kimberly Patterson set the tone. She’s caring, upbeat, and communicates in a way that is both thoughtful and clear. She was incredibily responsive throughout (and continues to be!), and her sense of fun made what could have been a stressful transition feel well supported and, frankly, easier than expected. Jennifer Glass, the Director of Operations, has built something special. She’s put together a top-notch team. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained—but what really matters is the care, and that’s where Keystone stands out. Carlos, the Chief Nurse, and his team are outstanding. They take the time to explain what’s happening, manage medications with precision, and operate with a level of professionalism that gives our family real confidence. Just as important are the day-to-day caregivers—they’re personable, responsive, and genuinely engaged. Jennifer’s decision to require CNA-level capability across the team makes a noticeable difference in consistency and quality. My stepmother and her sister are not just well cared for—they’re thriving. Living together has made a big difference, and they’re happy in a way we hadn’t seen when they were each on their own. At Keystone, they’re known as the “Miller Sisters”—a couple of characters who are clearly loved by the staff. That says it all. I give Keystone Place at Beachwalk my highest recommendation. The peace of mind it provides our family is a gift.

  We recently had to pleasure of moving my mother in law and her sister to Keystone. They share a unit and are happier than I have seen them in years. It is like being on a high end cruise ship that never leaves the dock. The staff is very nice and excellent at their jobs. Keystone has put are whole family at ease.
