  Amazing experience with Chicos daycare and VPK. The teachers and staff all really care about both the wellbeing of your child and helping you as a parent to navigate tough times. Highly recommend!

  My son recently started at this daycare. I want to begin by saying the facility itself is very nice. The curriculum, outdoor activities, and classroom structure were all impressive during the tour and enrollment process. The staff and program initially seemed like a great fit for our family. However, during drop-off we discovered that one of the teachers presents as a woman but is biologically male and goes by a female name. This was not disclosed at any point during the interview or enrollment process. For our family, this goes against our household’s values and beliefs, and it was concerning that something we consider significant regarding who is interacting with our child was never communicated beforehand. Every family has different beliefs and expectations when it comes to their children’s environment. I believe transparency from the daycare during the enrollment process would allow parents to make informed decisions that align with their family’s values. I’m sharing this so other parents who prioritize transparency can ask the appropriate questions during their own enrollment process.

  We have been part of this center since Fall 2023, and I can say without hesitation it has been one of the greatest gifts to our family. Our oldest is now in VPK (K-Prep) and thriving. The teachers create such a thoughtful, hands-on learning environment that he comes home every day with new knowledge, new questions, and big stories to tell. We can see his confidence and curiosity growing every day. Our youngest started in the infant room at 3 months old, and that space is exactly what you hope for as a parent handing over your baby for the first time. Peaceful, nurturing, clean, and cozy. Leaving your infant is never easy, but Bright Horizons gave us complete peace of mind from day one. The environment itself is amazing. The outdoor playgrounds invite exploration, and the indoor spaces encourage movement and creativity. There is even a rock climbing wall! The art room, STEM lab, music room, and kids’ kitchen give the children real experiences beyond a typical classroom. Just this past month, my son has come home talking about the smoothies and salsa they made at school. The administration sets the tone from the moment you walk in. They greet us by name, share little stories about our boys, and make it clear they truly know and care about our children. The teachers and staff are attentive and communicative, and the daily updates and photos through the app give such peace of mind during the workday. An added bonus is the location on the Chico's campus, with gated access and security. That extra layer of safety means everything. Most importantly, our children are happy and well cared for. They are excited to go to school each day. As a working mom, knowing they are safe, loved, and growing in such a rich environment is invaluable. We are beyond grateful for the community we have found at Bright Horizons.

  Love this place for my infant! Me and my wife are happy with our choices getting our baby enrolled at Chicos, the staffs are amazing and very welcoming. Happy to be a part of the bright horizons family!! Would definitely recommend

  We love Chico's FAS Early Education Center for our children! Staff/teachers are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Administrators are helpful and provide extensive opportunities to participate in our childrens' education/development at the Center. We have been with the Center for three years, and each year we learn new and amazing things that the Center offers as the children get older and more developed. We are always amazed at the things our children come home and tell us about: fun activities, projects, toys, experiences, books, friends, etc. We love that there are several playgrounds (indoors and outdoors); a splash pad for the warmer seasons; designated music, STEM, and art areas; and a kids' kitchen! The Center truly has it all! We appreciate all that the teachers do for our children and the support they provide. It truly does take a village to raise a child, and we appreciate the village of support from the Center! I highly recommend the Center to anyone looking for great care!
