She also promotes the mission of Goodwill by telling you how it helps the local community whenever I donate. This makes me feel better when donating my items.

They went into nauseating detail on why they hate old people and how stupid the requests they have are. All the while the gentleman was in ear shot. I wasnt eavesdropping they were talking at a above normal volume. If you need to vent about a customer maybe do it out of the earshot of that customer and others.
