  Jean was professional, inviting, personable, attentive, kind, sympathetic, and understanding. She was thorough in her presentation while active listening. Went above and beyond providing Medicare assistance and points of contact with phone numbers and names. The tour was pleasant and pleasingly clean with no strange odors or pungent smells. Impressive. Staff were positive, friendly, and upbeat. Residents seem to enjoy the food and lingered long after in conversation with each other. I enjoyed hearing about all the upcoming upgrades, remodeling, and future additions to the ground areas for the residents to enjoy. Candace Pardee

  I wanted to leave a review for Grand Villa of Englewood because this facility is far superior to others we considered for my mother-in-law. She moved into memory care about three weeks ago and from the very first day of the tour with Jean, it was clear what an exceptional place this is. Jean went out of her way to help us through the entire admissions process and all of the details that come with it. You truly feel that you are not alone in making such a huge life decision. The facility and grounds are clean and extremely well kept. The rooms are bright, cheerful and very homey. From day one, we knew that my mother-in-law was in excellent hands. All of the staff I have encountered are loving, engaged and invested in my mother-in-law. They work closely with the family to provide the best quality of life, no matter what stage your loved one is in. There is always something for them to do during the day and all of the staff go out of their way to make every resident feel welcome and part of the "family". This place is a true blessing.

  Grandvilla of Englewood is an amazing facility with great management. This 3rd generation family-owned organization is top notch. If I had a loved one needing assisted living and memory care, I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with my loved ones needs. As a 30-year healthcare professional I recommend this community.

  Jean and her nursing team did a fabulous job with my family who just moved into memory care today. The community is clean, and all of the residents have been engaged during the three times that I have toured! Looking forward to working with their team in the near future.
