  I had the pleasure of meeting Ninette and Stacie in memory care activities. They were both very helpful and you can tell they are both very passionate about what they do. Definitely would recommend.

  My mom came to Grand Villa in 2022. She was taken care w love, respect and kindness. Sadly, my mom passed away last month at the age of 98. They say it starts at the top and filters its way down. Well, the kindness started w Antionetta, who is the director and it filtered all the way to the nurses, aids, wait staff and the amazing Marie who sits at the front desk. The first smile you see when you walk in the door. Antionetta always took the time to speak w me when I had any concerns and worked with me as my mothers needs changed. Sylvana, who works in the back office, who you wouldn’t think would even be involved in the day to day- was! She always took the time to show my mom love and affection and speak w my mom in her native language. Alta, who is a head nurse who would call me with new ideas to help my mom in her day to day. She treated my mom with tenderness and care and alway called me immediately w anything concerning my mom. Yolette, Rose, are just a couple of the amazing aids that took care of my mom on a daily basis. They showered her with love, respect and treated are her like she was their own mother. These aids made my mom laugh on a daily basis!! What’s better than that?! These people treated my mom like family. And always took my concerns and worries and addressed them. It’s never easy leaving a loved one in someone else’s care. But, at Grand Villa, I was able to leave my mom there and be assured she was cared for and loved. I am so grateful to Antionetta and the staff there for taking care of my mom and loving on her until her last day.

  I had a tour at Grand Villa East for my Mom I found Grand Villa to be friendly,clean,the rooms were very nice and the Dining Room was elegant and the Staff was Kind. The sales manager was understanding and explained and answered all the questions and concerns.Grand Villa east is a place I would place my Mom to reside

  Grandma, is in the memory care unit and has adjusted nicely! The activities director Ninette and her assistant Stacie are exceptional at getting the patients in interact with a variety of activities. The music and entertainment makes it a fun and lovely atmosphere for all the memory care patients. Sue is very gifted at interacting with all the patients, making them smile and laugh.

  My family and I have been very pleased with our experience since my mom recently moved into the Grand Villa East community. The entire process has been handled efficiently, and the staff and management have been kind, professional, and supportive every step of the way. I have been especially impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the business office staff. The Director, Antonieta who is a daughter herself, does a wonderful job connecting with the emotions of a fellow daughter who simply wants to know her mother is being well cared for and safe. I have also appreciated the kindness and professionalism of Rose, the leasing agent, who welcomed us from the very start and helped make this transition easier. From Marie at the front desk to Andrea, the head nurse, and everyone in between, each person we have encountered has been friendly and attentive. Their care and compassion have made this transition much easier for our family, and we are truly grateful for the way they have treated and welcomed my mom. Thank you!
