My mom recently spent almost 3 weeks in this facility doing as much therapy as she was physically able to do. The food could’ve been a little better according to my dad but mom isn’t a very big eater anyway so it was ok. The staff were great.and you can tell they all care about their patients. It’s obvious that they are busy and there is a lot of people that need their help and attention but everything that mom and dad needed they did with a smile. Therapy was great also. Overall we would definitely go back if mom or dad ever need rehab again

MY mother Stroma Hurst have been a resident at this facility for about 5 years. She celebrated her 100th Birthday on September 12th. The Activity Staff did a wonderful /outstanding job of organizing a birthday party for
my mom. i was truly amazed at how they put that all together: the decorations, her pictures and all round the love and concern that was exhibited. THANKS to all the staff for their love and care to my MOM.

I would not even put my dog in here. Grandmother came here for rehab and asked us to come get her out within 12 hours of arriving. We then waited another 12 hours to be discharged. She was here overnight and when she asked the nurse to help her get to the bathroom, she was handed a bed pan and a diaper. The whole reason she went here was to be rehabilitated back to health and walk again after a broken ankle and they didn't want her to move from her bed. She said strange men were coming in and out of the room all night, poor thing never slept, and a woman kept asking to see her butt, her nurse looked me straight in the eye and said "I don't know what's going on here", and she expects me to trust her with my grandmothers care. They hire a contracted night shift to come in for care at night and there is no background check or education / training in these contracted employees, my grandmother was literally in tears because she was so scared of what would happen to her here. When you mention to the management that the night shift is out of control, they say they are not in charge of them, although they hire them. It's a complete joke. Absolute free for all. Her room was by the back door for employee access only and she said the night nurses were going in and out constantly smoking at the back door.
