Not only is our child cared for with so much love, but we as parents are truly supported as well. Recently, we had a stressful morning when our baby got motion sickness and vomited right before drop-off. We were frustrated and ready to turn around and ask to work from home. Ms. Cherise immediately noticed, jumped into superhero mode, and reassured us that they would take care of everything — cleaning her up and making sure she could still have a normal, happy day at school. Ms. Valerie and Ms. Cara, our toddler classroom teachers, also stepped in without hesitation to help. Ms. Valerie kept me updated throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. I’ve shared a few notes for improvement in the past, and the team has always been incredibly receptive and diligent in addressing them. Ms. Anna and Ms. Lisu were our infant teachers, and they are truly a 20/10. We cannot thank them enough for the love, care, and attention they pour into the babies every single day. Ms. Cara was also one of our first infant teachers before transitioning to toddlers — and there is not a single parent at BH who doesn’t rave about her. Every child she’s ever cared for absolutely adores her. Ms. Thais is always such a delight to see at the door. Her calm, positive demeanor brightens my day every morning. We are beyond grateful for the entire BH team and the genuine care they show our family.
