  When my mom was at the Grand Villa, I was comforted in knowing she would be well taken care of and loved by the Memory care staff, and she was. My special thank you to Lisa for loving my mom, Leda, so deeply and sharing OUR Saviour's deep love for her and with her everyday. When I asked my mom if she was "ready to be with Him," she shoke her head yes. She lost the ability to express herself by words but I know she was ready and lives with HIM now. Hallelujah! Leda Scognamiglio'sgraduation day was February 20, 2025 at 3 a.m. Thank you Dawn for your undeniable love for Leda, my mom. I can't wait to be with you, mom, again in GLORY.

  Don’t walk run from this place. What a traumatizing experience, my mother and my family had at Grand Villa Of Clearwater! They have a good rating because they ask you to give a review after they roll out the red carpet for you to move in and everything looks and seems great. Trust me when I tell you there are a few good people that work there but the majority of management are incompetent at best. I could go on and on about all the things that are wrong with Grand Villa Of Clearwater but I’m not gonna waste my time! They are not fit to care for anyone. It’s sad because there’s a lot of people that don’t have someone to advocate for them. Your loved one is penalized if there is someone like myself to advocate for their loved one. They don’t want you visiting because they don’t want you to see all the things that are wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially with memory issues that can’t speak for themselves. The things that went on are atrocious. There our other communities that are much much more qualified. My mother told me there is no love here when she talked about their facility. It’s not fit for anyone!

  Our family had firsthand experience with Grad Villa in Clearwater during an important time for our mom. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a strong security system in place, which gave us confidence in the safety of both residents and staff. We also appreciated that the location is convenient and in a safe area. Our main point of contact was very informative and took the time to answer all of our questions. Lori has been supportive, professional, and responsive, and we’ve seen firsthand how respectfully she interacts with the residents. We truly appreciated the communication with our family—during our mom’s first week, we received text updates letting us know how she was doing, which helped put us at ease and feel confident in the program’s structure. Overall, our experience over the past month has been positive. Grad Villa may be a good option for families looking for assisted living or memory care. I'm glad we were able to find Grand Villa.

  My grandma loves Grand Villa! They have activities, she has friends, sings in the choir! We love that she is so well cared for!

  I needed information on the memory unit for my friend. I went to Grandvilla where my father resides in the independent unit. The staff was fantastic as usual. Everyone is so personable and professional. Lori was especially helpful with my needed information.
