What truly sets Carmen apart is her incredible heart. You can tell she isn't just doing a job; she genuinely cares about the people she’s showing around. Her kindness and warmth radiated through every explanation and every room we visited. She took the time to answer every single one of our questions (and we had a lot!) with such patience and genuine enthusiasm. If you have the chance to tour these facilities, request Carmen! My father has been there since November and he tells me everyday that’s it’s the best place ever ! They genuinely care about their tests if they are family. They have so many different activities for the residents to do. The residents all seem happy and cared for. We toured many assisted Living homes. This one checked all the boxes! Mom is very happy here!❤️
