I can truly say that The Glades at Champions Gate has been a blessing for my grandparents. It’s not just the beautiful building or amenities it’s the people that make this place special.
From the very top, Dan, the Executive Director, sets the tone. You can tell he cares deeply about both the residents and his team. He’s involved, approachable, and truly leads with heart.
Nadia, the Business Director, is incredibly professional and kind. She always handles things with grace and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Carmen in Sales is an absolute gem. No matter what questions I have big or small she’s there with answers, patience, and a smile. Her dedication is unmatched, and she made the whole process feel easy and welcoming from the start.
The Wellness Director deserves so much recognition. She goes above and beyond every single day to ensure the residents are not just cared for, but safe, comfortable, and truly seen. Her compassion and dedication shine through in everything she does.
Trina, the Activities Director, along with the amazing activities coordinators, truly put in their all to keep the residents smiling, engaged, and enjoying life. It’s not just “keeping busy” they put love and creativity into every event and interaction.
And Mimi at the front desk what a joy she is! Always warm, welcoming, and helpful. She brings a bright energy to the front of the building, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
Honestly, I could go on and on. There are so many more people in that building doing incredible work. It’s clear that the team at The Glades loves what they do. It’s not just a job to them it’s a calling. And that care, that passion, shows in every hallway, every interaction, every detail.
