  Feb 12, 2026 To Mr. and Mrs. Helm. Your picture on your web page reminds me of my grandparents. The loving couple, the neighbor next door that would help you with anything. My journey with your organization commenced in November 2025. Having lost a loved one is to say the least a devastating experience and one is looking for understanding, guidance and compassion. Your office staff started off this way. Never having been through this tramatic experience I am not versed in purchasing a headstone and required guidance. All good so far, very responsive and helpful. Coming down to the final part of this journey, drawing in place, basic information completed, ready to sign contract. Sent an e mail stating as such. No response, waited 4 days, sent a follow up e mail. NO RESPONSE. Waited 4 days and called to see if my e mails had been received. Staff response" yes I got your emails, you are on my list to call back. Good for you, your business is thriving, but you are leaving a customer in limbo. A week after your response that I was on your list to call back, a friend called. The gentleman that answered said the person I had been dealing with went on vacation for a week. While I understand employees take vacation it would have been more professional for that person to say "I'm going on vacation and will call upon my return". Mr. Helm, on Friday said the matter would be finalized by Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with No response from anyone. It's so disheartening that you are adding more grief to an already grieving person. I gather an approximately $8,000. headstone means nothing to your thriving business, nor does compassion for a customer.
