  I will have to say I been to the meridian for three month I was there Saturday to visit a resident and the guy at the front desk by the name of winsy Pierre he had so much energy . Even when he greeted himself on the phone I said to myself this guy have a radio personality attitude . Also Joyce the housekeeper is wonderful always have a smile on her face and keep the meridian clean a spotless and the care staff and med techs been wonderful . 5 stars 🌟 facility .

  Winsy is the best concierge in south Florida . I have to tell you he is so amazing and wonderful and always greet me when I come through the door . Also I will have to say Cynthia the executive director is great and always greet the residents and making sure they are okay best community ever.

  I will have to say since I been in this facility for 5 years as a private aid for resident . They have an awesome gentleman at the front desk by the name of winsy he is wonderful and he always attentive and every question I ask he always answer . He is the best concierge not only in south Florida but in the world I been to a lot of senior living facilities and he is the best always with a smile . Cynthia the executive director since she came on board I seen residents very very happy and the community is awesome best senior living to bring your grandparents

  I’ve heard nothing but great things about this Senior living facility since my husbands grandmother moved in. I was finally able to visit her tonight since her move last week. Everything was clean, the team members were cheery and helpful, and the residents were happy. It looked like a hotel! In fact, my family now refers to it as The Grand Meridian because it resembles The Grand Floridian resort! Can’t wait to visit again, I’ve heard the chef does an incredible job!

  I am thankful the horrific condition of this place is finally getting the attention of the public from real residents and their love ones and not these fake 5 stars the facility had been pushing. It has been hiding behind lies and deceit that is only getting worse. The dangerous staff turnover, profit-driven priorities, and alarming violence in the facility is ridiculous, so many great nurses and staff have left in just months. Every other day I ask who this person is, I have spoken to a few that as an employee had no clue where and who does what, something is not right there...a mass hiring happened at some point. My loved one was just hospitalized AGAIN after being pushed to the ground by the SAME resident who I witness with my own eyes attacking a staff member days before. These are vulnerable residents who need constant supervision, yet the facility continues to fail them. A few months back I was directed to speak with Cynthia who is said to be in charge about the repeated abuse and neglect my loved one has endured from other residents, and on THREE separate occasions, each time she dismissed my concerns, claiming it's "not uncommon for the elderly to be aggressive" as if that justifies doing nothing to protect residents! It's crystal clear that with this new management cares more about keeping rooms filled and revenue coming in than ensuring resident safety. When I escalated to what I thought would be the senior management team, NO ONE returned my calls. The pattern here is undeniable, zero accountability, dismissive leadership, and a complete failure to protect the most vulnerable people in their care. I am very thankful to some of the staff that has been there for many years, the nurses are alert and attentive and some has since left recently (I wonder why?) with management as such I can only imagine what is hiding in the shadows. Families deserve to know what's really happening behind these doors before entrusting their loved ones to this facility
