Community Health Centers (CHCFL) is a non-profit organization of Central Florida family health centers that provide high-quality, affordable medical, pediatric, dental and pharmacy care.
Community Health Centers Apopka is comprised of three beautiful centers just a few blocks off Main Street in downtown Apopka. These centers provide comprehensive medical, dental, and specialty care for children and adults.
We offer Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Adult Dental, Pediatric Dental, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Lab, X-Ray, and Pharmacy.
In addition to preventive care, we also offer an on-site low-cost Pharmacy, exclusive to our patients.
