  Wonderful facility, the greeting with our names was a nice touch, and we felt welcomed. The facility was clean and the residents were happy and engaged. Lori was great to answer any questions, and was so easy to talk to, as she gave us a tour. The residents were busy with activities, and the setting was charming. It was nice to browse through the activity calendar, and the menu for meals looked delicious.

  Absolutely fantastic with the family and my mom staying there. Always attentive to my mom and others and making things work. My mom lives it there and says it so beautiful.

  Moving my mom into assisted living was one of the most stressful and emotional experiences I’ve gone through, especially after running into multiple obstacles with another facility. Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs completely changed that experience for us. They were able to coordinate everything and get her moved in in less than a week. Given how quickly everything needed to come together, I truly didn’t think it would be possible—but they made it happen. The staff was responsive, compassionate, and truly understood the urgency of our situation. I especially want to recognize Lori, Nick, Marshall, and Michael. Each of them played a part in making this transition smooth and manageable, and their kindness did not go unnoticed. During those first couple of weeks, they also kept me updated on how she was transitioning, which meant so much—especially since she understandably wanted nothing to do with me during that time. That level of communication and support made a difficult situation a little easier. Most importantly, my mom is safe, cared for, and in a place where I feel comfortable knowing she’s being looked after. That peace of mind means everything. I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Grand Villa for stepping in when we needed it most.

  I’ve had a really positive experience with Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs. What stands out most is how much the staff genuinely cares about their residents — you can feel that it’s more than just a job to them. They take the time to get to know each person and create a warm, supportive environment. I was also really impressed with the sales team - Lori & Nick. They lead with heart and are incredibly helpful, even in situations where a family may not be the right fit for assisted living. Instead of just focusing on filling rooms, they take the time to provide guidance and connect families with other resources that may better meet their needs. That level of compassion and honesty is rare, and it really speaks to the kind of community they’ve built.
