  I have visited Grand Villa on several occasions. The staff is awesome. They have gone above and beyond to ensure me the safety of my sister who has moved into the facility. I would definitely recommend Grand Villa to anyone thst is looking for a memory care facility for there loved one.

  I had an excellent experience with everyone involved in the process of my elderly Aunts moving into AltaMonte Springs Assisted living. Lori Robb was amazing in this transition and so helpful with everything. She was so kind and supportive. She made me feel like family and as If I known her forever. I owe you dinner Lori! lol Nick Johnson a great man who was so delightful to work with from beginning to end. My aunt took a great liking to him and said he was so handsome. There are so many names to mention who really helped my aunt transition to her new living place. This place is beautiful, clean, fun and super sweet people. A place who really cares about your elderly family member. They had a beautiful welcome party for my aunt and also provided a welcome basket for her. The special touches really make it a beautiful experience. Thank you for being a gift to the elderly community. Praying for continued blessings for all the staff over at Altamonte Springs.

  Having been a real estate broker for over 4 decades and serving thousands of seniors over this time, I feel I am a pretty good judge of those that truly care about the comfort and welfare of those who need and deserve our love and attention most, our seniors. Grand Villa is where I would hope to help my mom live, if she were still with us. The leaders and staff are simply the best I have personally experienced. You can tell immediately that they truly care for those they serve. If you are fortunate enough to have Lori give you a tour of the community, you will know exactly what I am talking about!

  If you want a place that your family will be happy with - go to Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs! Executive Director , Marshall and the Sales Director Nick are amazing people They care about the families that come through their doors. From the moment you walk in you feel the warmth Because Carol will be there greeting you with a big smile. And the staff what can I say - some staff members have been there a long time? And that speaks volumes about how they treat their staff members! I am Team Grandvilla- Nora 😀

  The staff has been excellent. Every resident I've talked with "Love the Grand Villa" so, my grade so far is A+. I'm waking from my first slumber. What difference! Folks the facility you choose for your loved one matters so much. The last facility my family entrusted had a housekeeper that didn't follow the schedule to clean my apartment, and the housekeeper is paid to change the linens as well but the Med Techs would complete for this pre-paid task for the housekeeper. I would have to complain to the concierge for the housekeeping service I paid for. When the housekeeper showed up to complete the pre-paid service. I was referred to as a "Pig" would say, "I'm not a maid." When I confessed I was moving out, the housekeeper rejoiced. In contrast, when I arrived at Grand Villa with all my things, space was an issue. My apartment was filled with boxes of my clothes toiletries, linens, it was a mess. Eda came to the rescue with help. The transformation was amazing! Pictures coming soon. A++
