  At first everything was great! Then they changed Directors and my daughter and her husband started having problems with billing. They get checks sent to billing but they don't deposit the checks for months at a time causing my daughter and her husband to pay out of pocket. So in all actuality, they're paying twice and the Director had the nerve to say if it wasn't paid by Monday my grandson would have to get picked up. So now I'm here in Virginia and I'm helping them until this situation gets fixed, which seems like it never will. My son in-law serves his country to the fullest and this is what he has to go through while doing it. Shame on you!!!

  Unreliable childcare. You never know if you will actually be able to drop your child off as scheduled due to constant staffing issues. Parents are not notified they are not able to leave their child until arriving. Plan on being late for work or having to have a backup caretaker available.

  My daughter started here back in October 2024 ! I was super nervous with switching daycares and the staff here at Kidz Ink Milford made it such a easy transition for my daughter. The communication between the daycare & I is so amazing. If I ever have any questions or concerns they give an answer immediately. They have been a huge help with my daughter’s speech and her potty training. I love this daycare center & I highly recommend it to everyone I know with children! ❤️

  My daughter started going to Kidz Ink when she was 3 months old, as a first time mom I was VERY nervous about leaving her in a new place with new people. But as the saying goes, first time impressions are lasting... from the time we walked into Kidz Ink to do a tour of the facility and meet her teachers in the Infant Room until we recently had to take her out, Kidz Ink has been amazing to my daughter and to me and my husband. Hailey the Director genuinely Cares about all of the Kids and the families. She is excellent at communicating events, issues, safety concerns and any changes regarding Kidz Ink with the families. My daughter's teachers Melanie and Aurora always went Above and Beyond for my daughter and all of the kid's within their classroom and outside of their classroom. They both have such bubbly, warm and kind personalities, they always made us feel very comfortable leaving our daughter with them. They both genuinely care for All of the kids there. The true testament to that was my daughter was Always happy and had a big smile on her face when she saw both of them when I dropped her off, I think for a parent that says a lot. The only reason she had to be taken out is due to a major medical issue she is going through otherwise she would still be going to Kidz Ink. We also drove 20 mins out of our way to bring to her Kidz Ink because it was the best option for our daughter. Also the ladies that fill in for Melanie and Aurora were also great.
