- SRSaquinta RencherSep 19, 20251.0At first everything was great! Then they changed Directors and my daughter and her husband started having problems with billing. They get checks sent to billing but they don't deposit the checks for months at a time causing my daughter and her husband to pay out of pocket. So in all actuality, they're paying twice and the Director had the nerve to say if it wasn't paid by Monday my grandson would have to get picked up. So now I'm here in Virginia and I'm helping them until this situation gets fixed, which seems like it never will. My son in-law serves his country to the fullest and this is what he has to go through while doing it. Shame on you!!!
- RRrunrideshine29Sep 11, 20251.0Unreliable childcare. You never know if you will actually be able to drop your child off as scheduled due to constant staffing issues. Parents are not notified they are not able to leave their child until arriving. Plan on being late for work or having to have a backup caretaker available.
- TTTheresa TingenApr 12, 20235.0My daughter went to kidz ink and loved it! She was in the infant class room and learned so much in a short amount of time. The teachers are very thoughtful and caring and had great communication with me! If i didn’t leave my job my daughter would still be there!
