The teacher provides a healthy and safe learning environment for the kids. I recommend his center to families and friends because it is the best in Dover, and they look after the kids well. Brightpath, thank you for providing a suitable learning environment for those kids.
- CCChrisAug 21, 20251.0Facility is constantly having revolving hand foot mouth outbreaks due to poor cleaning. Area manager Jennifer is not contacting me after promising to take me out of the payment system. Daycare has withdrawn almost $600 from my account this week alone and my daughter isn't even enrolled. I left with a $0 balance. Jennifer is not calling me back regarding money being randomly withdrawn, put back in, and withdrawn again from my account.
- LCL CarrOct 2, 20205.0My son loves it at Kidz Ink. They don’t just watch your children they teach them as well. I was happy to see familiar friendly faces when I did my initial walk through. The center itself is amazing, clean, I love the cameras up front and in the classes. The staff is overall polite and pleasant. I appreciate Kidz Ink remaining operational with this pandemic because my job did not shut down. The staff put themselves on the line for our children and I appreciate that!! The only thing negative I have is the sight to see my son’s daily progress isn’t what it used to be. It clocks my son out when I haven’t picked him up and that’s scary when I’m at work and like what is going on who has my son only to find out it was an error but it wasn’t explained to me how it could have happened. And I used to be able to see my son’s activities as the day goes on but now I can only see it later in the night. Other than that I’m happy with the center.
