The staff in this building is insanely dis-regulated and unkempt, not only did licensing get called on this location for two consecutive weeks due to an abusive staff member and a supposed drunk one, continuous neglect and disrespect and lack of care toward children that is handled unprofessionally, not to mention multiple instances of leaving children alone unattended for up to half an hour. Mistreatment towards staff is disgusting considering the overfilling of children within the building as well, too many kids and not enough staff to take care of anything let alone the disgusting conditions. As well as multiple behaviors of children going uncorrected and unreported in the case of children being sexually inappropriate to one another going unknown to the parents, if I could do one star, I would better yet i'd get this place shut down.

I wish 0 stars was an option. My daughter was 3 months old when she started care in December. On the first day I was sent a photo of my daughter wearing another child's bib. When I questioned the site manager she said the staff member was fairly new. on both first and second day she was extremely hungry by the time I picked her up screaming and both nights she ate 8oz (double her normal intake) in one feeding which indicates she was not eating regularly during the 8+ hours in their care which was confirmed in the daily reports for both days. It was never brought to my attention by the staff. When I asked them about her eating, I asked what type of water they were using for her bottles? Tonia stated they were using water brought in from another child's parent in a jug. I was never advised of this nor did I give consent to allow them to give her water brought from someone else's home in a non-sealed jug. on day 4 she started the day with only 2 diapers without my knowledge. I was notified in the middle of the day that she was in need of diapers. They used another child's diapers throughout that day again without consent. on day 5 my daughter threw up early in the morning which is abnormal for her. However, she had no other signs of illness at that time. When I picked her up she had continuous vomiting. I was told she had one dirty diaper that soiled her clothes. Upon examination of the soiled clothes it indicated diarrhea. I received her daily report which said she had 2 dirty diapers. I was not informed of diarrhea and only told 1 dirty diaper. They did not note any vomiting or spit up, which would be hard to believe that she went the day without any, considering she had continuous vomiting from the time I picked her up that afternoon at 4pm into the evening. So much that she was seen at the ER department. That evening she was diagnosed with a stomach virus which progressed to RSV bronchiolitis causing her to be admitted to the hospital. on that following Monday I withdrew her from the facility. I sent an email to the owner requesting a refund and full security deposit back. I have not received a response from the owner. All of these events happened within the first week of care. Due to the numerous concerns I felt it was no longer safe for her to continue care at this facility. It was impossible for me to give a 5 day notice since all of these events happened during her first week. Upon further investigation I have found out that in the recent years there were issues with child abuse/ sexual assault/ food safety. All of these issues were not brought to my attention by the facility, which would have deterred me from placing my child in their care to begin with.
