- SWShehla WynneJan 12, 20241.0Poor service. Director was nonresponsive to concerns about kids watching cocomelon; she sent me a form “talking points” pdf when I emailed to ask about it. There is no effort to keep kids engaged. Communication is poor. We were also charged for before care for months when we hadn’t sent our kid to before care. Kid hated it and cried everyday about not wanting to go there. Our final straw was we heard of instances where children were left outside the school building without supervision.
