I am highly disappointed in the care for my father-in-law. I am requesting immediate transfer out of your facility. There are multiple concerning issues that are near criminal including expired food being given, low oxygen levels without appropriate intervention and an overall lack of attentive care. He is noticable weak and has declined during his time there. The situation is unacceptable. I expect immediate attention to his condition, a prompt response outlining corrective actions and an immediate transfer to his assisted living residence today!

I was impressed this 2nd visit. Ann was in a wonderful room with a flowering tree in full blossom right outside her window. Staff were in and out of here making sure she was well.

I will say always visit your love ones If not also call and talk to the nurse supervisor ,charge nurse etc . Take track of your own calls ,information provided when you ask , days ,hours etc My mom is new there since 3-18-2026 It seems to be a great place to have your love one ,but don't rely in staff only ,there are a lot of patients and different needs Some are independents ,but others like my mom need more assistant because she can't walk due to her dementia Always check one way or another . I leave in Texas but I'm always checking from the distance and taking track of everything I can regarding my mom . Always advocate for your love one please . Thanks 🙏 to the staff for the good services 💜💜💜💜💜 provided
