Stamford Care Center

Stamford Care Center is a 156-bed skilled nursing facility offering post-acute rehabilitation and other clinical specialty care programs, servicing the Stamford CT area and beyond. We are located not too far from Stamford and Yale Hospitals and accept many of their discharged patients who are in need of (in-patient) rehabilitative services prior to returning home. Your goals are the same as ours – we want you to feel renewed, we want to restore your independence, and we want to rehabilitate your body. We want to achieve this as quickly and easily as possible. As a short-term patient, you may not spend much time with us, but we will be sure that you feel like family while you are here.
