  My daughter is 17.5 months old and has been attending BrightPath for a little over a month now, and we’ve had a great experience so far! One of the biggest things I love is the diaper program and the fact that they provide lunch — no other daycares in the area seem to offer this. For a busy family, it is truly a lifesaver and makes our mornings so much easier. I also love that they have a playground for the warmer days so the kids can get outside and burn off some energy. The app is another huge plus. I really appreciate receiving daily reports and photos — it’s so comforting to see what my daughter is up to, especially on stressful workdays. During her first week, she had a few minor accident reports as she was adjusting, but I truly appreciated how transparent the staff was. They communicated everything clearly, and that honesty means a lot to me as a parent. I feel confident that they take communication seriously. Overall, we’ve had a positive experience and would definitely recommend them!

  Our son has been at Brightpath in Oxford since he was 4 months old. The staff are like family, and truly identify with and know each child individually and work with us to support our son over the past 4 years. We are greatful for their availability and openness to hear feedback, and trial strategies to best support our son and allow him to grow and explore.

  We couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter has received here from the infant room through her transition into the toddler program. Watching her grow in such a loving, supportive environment has meant everything to our family. From her very first days as an infant, the staff made us feel completely at ease. They were attentive, gentle, and truly tuned in to her needs. As she’s grown into a curious, energetic toddler, we’ve seen such beautiful progress in her confidence, communication, and social skills — and we know that’s because of the patience and dedication of her teachers. The transition from infant to toddler care was handled so thoughtfully, and the consistency in care and communication has been amazing. The facility is always clean, organized, and full of engaging activities that help the children learn through play. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she is safe, happy, and genuinely loved every day. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do and highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a nurturing, trustworthy place for their child.

  We chose this center because of its corporate reputation and stated commitment to professionalism and inclusion. As the parent of a child with special needs, those promises mattered to us. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that standard of care. On more than one occasion, I picked up my child and he was soaked through his clothing due to a heavily soiled diaper. Consistent hygiene and attentive supervision are basic expectations in any childcare environment and even more critical for children who may need additional support. I was also concerned by the way some staff addressed toddlers. I personally observed raised voices being used in the classroom. Young children, particularly those with developmental differences, require patience, calm guidance, and appropriate behavioral support. The tone I witnessed did not align with what I would expect from a center that promotes trained staff and structured practices. We ultimately made the difficult decision to withdraw our child because we no longer felt confident that his individual needs were being met consistently

  Amazing staff and an amazing place! My son absolutely loves going to school! Of course, it took him a couple of weeks to get acclimated, but now I have zero worries. The teachers have been incredibly helpful and super friendly, making the transition so much easier. The other kids are also very welcoming, which has made a big difference. I’m beyond happy to have my son attending BrightPath -I truly couldn’t be happier! Everyone there is so helpful, from the front staff to those working behind the scenes and the director. Their curriculum is absolutely amazing, and I can already see a huge difference in my child’s learning and development. He’s picking up so much, and it’s incredible to watch his progress! I also love receiving daily pictures and reading my son’s report after picking him up - it’s clear that this school genuinely cares for the kids. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! I wholeheartedly recommend BrightPath to any parent looking for a caring, supportive, and wonderful school.
